Claude Integration

With the Claude integration, you connect StoryVault directly to your AI assistant. Claude can then access your sessions, transcripts, courses, and chats — in natural language, without opening the StoryVault interface.

What Is the Claude Integration?

The integration uses the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Authorized tools can read projects, sessions, transcripts, courses and your own chats. There are also tools to create, edit and delete codes, coding segments and memos, plus process tools. It is therefore not exclusively read-only. Coding and BPMN functions require their respective modules and permissions.

The connection does not expand your access. Project grants, tenant boundaries and data protection rules still apply. Even admins do not gain access to other people’s private chats. Review write actions before confirming them in the connected assistant. Product help is separate and does not read this customer content.

With browser sign-in, you explicitly select the approved organizations. Write access needs separate approval. Under Profile → Connected apps → Manage permissions, you can check expiry and revoke individual permissions. The setup guide with screenshots explains each step.

Typical Use Cases

Session analysis without the browser: Ask Claude: “Show me the latest sessions from the QM Care project.” Claude lists the sessions with date, type, and status.

Cross-session analysis: “Summarize the most important decisions from our last three leadership rounds.” Claude reads the transcripts and delivers a summary based on the actual content.

Quick access to course content: “What lessons does the ‘Care Onboarding’ course have, and how is the quiz structured?” Claude shows the course structure with all modules and questions.

Preparation: “Are there open tasks in our recent team meeting notes that haven’t been completed?” Claude searches the relevant transcripts.
