StoryVault support assists with all questions about using the platform and apps:

  • Sign-in and accounts — login, password reset, two-factor, Microsoft sign-in
  • Recordings and transcription — upload, recorder, meeting bot, transcript quality
  • AI analysis and chat — summaries, project chat, knowledge store
  • Apps — web app, iPhone app, and the macOS uploader
  • Errors and outages — something isn’t working or an app crashes

To help us respond quickly, please describe your request as specifically as possible: What were you trying to do, what happened, what error message appeared, and which device and browser are you using? Screenshots help a lot.

If you administer your organization, you may have a dedicated contact at whitespring. Use the agreed channel for:

  • module activation and budget changes
  • technical configuration (SSO, API access, tenants)
  • training for your team
